over your teeth for 15-20 seconds. Rinse.
  2. Using a clean dry toothbrush, brush te Whitener over your front 
teeth for 30 seconds. Rinse.
  3. Using a clean toothbrush, brush the Tooth Polishing Cream over 
your front teeth for 20-30 seconds.
